Welcome
to Crossfire Ministry! |
Update from Randy:
Dear friend and prayer warrior,
Thanks for your prayers and support. As we go and share the Gospel of Jesus we are dependent on the Lord to touch people to pray and make financial investments in the Lord’s work through Crossfire.
The first 6 weeks of 2008 have been incredible. Our board member Mike Crawford shared with me a prayer that said, “lets populate in 2008”, meaning lets share the Gospel more fervently in ‘08. Glory to the Lord we have seen this prayer come to pass. In the Philippines, there were 3,015 professions of faith through 4 basketball games (standing room only), 5 churches, 2 prisons, and public ministry at the largest mall in Asia (Mall of Asia). We had a dunk and 3 point exhibition in the middle of the mall where testimonies and the Gospel was shared and where tracts were passed out. The Pilipino Church did an excellent job of prayer and preparation.
We have just returned from Nicaragua with a group of 14 athletes, 2 doctors, and a nurse where we ministered through softball and basketball games, medical clinics and churches throughout Nicaragua. There were 1,106 professions of faith. Special thanks to Open Eyes Ministries for their partnership in this evangelistic outreach.
This weekend we will hold a basketball clinic, an exhibition game and speak in churches in Gaston, Alabama. Next week I will be speaking in schools in Memphis TN along with Bellevue Baptist Annual International Missions Conference. The following week we will minister to singles on a Christian Bible Cruise and will minister speak in schools in Aruba.
I had a CT scan about 5 weeks ago. The results were no significant change. I am praying about visiting a doctor in Tampa, Florida who specializes in Carcinoid. The procedure of Radiofrequency Ablation and surgery is an option. Thanks for standing with us in prayer and support through this journey. I am continuing on the diet, and taking natural and glyconutrient products. We certainly feel the prayers of God’s people.

Ministries, a sports evangelistic ministry,
was founded in 1993 by evangelists Randy Shepherd and
Jamie Johnson. Randy and Jamie preach the Word of God
and the gospel message of Jesus Christ through the
following areas of ministry which include: |
|
Randy
and Jamie are ordained and called to preach God's Word. |
Randy
and Jamie
love to Share the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. The
Lord has given them a burden to see people come to
know Jesus as their Lord and Savior and grow in their
walk with the Lord. They believe that five minutes
with a person is a divine opportunity to present
the Gospel message. They have had the opportunity
to share Jesus in almost every setting you could
imagine- in restaurants, gas stations, hotels, malls,
department stores, churches, schools, prisons, softball
fields, airports, cars, boats, trains, airplanes,
to world dignitaries and celebrities as well as the
homeless in the United States and around the world.
God is no respecter of persons, He wishes all to
be saved. |
